Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun startup error on Epic fix

1. Enable compatibility mode with Windows 8, disable full screen optimizaion
2. Disable any in-game overlays, for epic it means deleting/renaming some files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Extras\Overlay:
   • EOSOverlayRenderer-Win32-Shipping.exe
   • EOSOverlayRenderer-Win64-Shipping.exe
   • EOSOVH-Win32-Shipping.dll
   • EOSOVH-Win64-Shipping.dll
